Our Story 

More than a decade ago, a Thanksgiving tradition sparked a culinary adventure. Hamisi, then a confident 21-year-old, accepted the challenge of frying turkeys for his family. Over the years, this tradition grew, and our family's expertise expanded. Today, we extend this tradition to you, inviting you to our table to savor the crispy outside and moist, flavorful inside of our renowned fried turkeys.
