We are proud to announce that we have moved to a larger location at 901 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ 08107. Orders close Sunday November, 23.

Here’s how to order:

  1. Choose Your Turkey: Select either a whole fried turkey or a turkey breast.
  2. Pick Carving Options: Choose between carved or uncarved.
  3. Add Garlic Herb Gravy & Finishing Butter: Elevate your meal with our house-made gravy and finishing butters for an extra touch of savory goodness.
  4. All Pickups will be Wednesday November 26, Local Delivery will be Thursday November 27 (delivery is a item to add to your cart).

***Please note that we are no longer offering the “You Buy, We Fry” option. All turkeys must be purchased directly through us to ensure proper preparation, food safety, and quality standards.***

Turkey Pickup Times

  • All orders MUST be placed by Sunday before Thanksgiving .
  • Pick-up time is Wednesday , before Thanksgiving from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m.
  • Thanksgiving Day is limited to delivery only. Delivery will be made between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
  • Turkey orders for before and after Thanksgiving are available upon request.
  • You will receive an email with pickup instructions the weekend before Thanksgiving. If you have any questions about pickup, please call 856-236-8988.

Reheat Instructions

1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

 2) Place your turkey on a rack in a roasting pan with your choice of 1 cup of water or broth in the bottom of the pan. 

3) Wrap the pan tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture in the pan. 

4) Warm the turkey for 35-45 minutes. Then remove the foil and warm turkey for an additional 15 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving

Your turkey is ready to be served.  

For added flavor, baste your turkey with H & T Catering Cajun Butter or Garlic Herb Butter.

Empanada Reheat Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place empanadas on a baking sheet (use parchment if you have it).
  3. Heat for 10–12 minutes until internal temperature is 165.
  4. Check one, if the center isn’t hot yet, add 2–3 more minutes.
  5. Let cool for 1 minute before eating so the filling settles.
