Reheat Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place your turkey on a rack in a roasting pan with your choice of 1 cup of water or broth in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Wrap the pan tightly with aluminum foil to retain moisture in the pan.
  4. Warm the turkey for 35-45 minutes. Then remove the foil and warm your turkey for an additional 15 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
  5. Baste your turkey with H & T Catering Cajun Butter or Garlic Herb Butter.

Your turkey is ready to be served.

Carved Turkey Reheating Instructions

Follow the same steps as above, but reduce the time by half:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place carved turkey in a roasting pan with ½ cup of water or broth in the bottom.
  3. Cover tightly with foil.
  4. Heat for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and warm for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until heated through.
  6. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
  7. Baste your turkey with H & T Catering Cajun Butter or Garlic Herb Butter.

Carved turkey should heat faster; avoid overcooking.

Empanada Reheat Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place empanadas on a baking sheet (use parchment if you have it).
  3. Heat for 10–12 minutes until the internal temperature is 165.
  4. Check one, if the center isn’t hot yet, add 2–3 more minutes.
  5. Let cool for 1 minute before eating so the filling settles.
